妥泰与德巴金治疗全面性强直阵挛发作的临床随机对照研究

目的 比较妥泰与德巴金时全面性强直阵挛发作(GTCS)的疗效及不良反应。方法 对80例GTCS病人按随机方法分别予妥泰或德巴金治疗，随访其服药后发作频率、临床疗效、不良反应及脑电图变化情况。结果 妥泰与德巴金对GTCS的总有效率、控制率、发作频率、脑电图变化等均基本相当。部分病人服妥泰后出现食欲减退、体重下降，在儿童中有认知功能下降。而德巴金常见反应为肥胖。结论 妥泰对全面性GTCS的疗效和德巴金基本相当，可列为首选用药，但在儿童患应注意认知功能的变化。

A Random Control Study of Topiramate and Sodium Vaprote in Treating General Tonicoclonic Seizure

Objective To compare curative effect and adverse reaction between topiramate and sodium vaproate in treating general tonicoclonic seizures. Methods 80 cases of patients with general tonicoclonic seizure were randomly divided into the topiramate group and the vaproate group. The changes of seizure frequency, curative effect, adverse reaction and EEG were observed. Results Total effective rate and control rate and the changes of seizure frequency and EEG after treatment with topiramate were not different from those after treatment with vaproate. Anorexia or decrease of weight happened to some patients treated with topiramate and in pedo-patients the decrease of recognition function might occur. But obesity often happened to the cases treated with vaproate. Conclusions Curative effect of topiramate or vaproate treating general tonicoclonic seizure is almost fair. Topiramate may be first selected to the treatment. But the change of recognition function in pedo-patients is caution.
