Mason������ֱ�����ֲ��г����е�Ӧ��

目的 探讨中下段直肠癌局部切除的途径和方法。方法 对近１０年来采用Ｍａｓｏｎ手术作局部切除的３０例中下段直肠癌病例进行分析。结果 Ｔｉｓ期癌５例，Ｔ１期癌１３例，Ｔ２期癌１０例，Ｔ３期癌２例。所有标本切缘经病理检查未发现癌残留。平均随访为５２个月。５年存活率为９３％。目前未发现癌复发病例。结论 Ｍａｓｏｎ手术应作为中下段直肠癌局部切除术的首选术式。

Mason operation for local excision of rectal cancer

Objective To explore the way and method for local excision of mid and low rectal cancer.Methods Thirty patients with mid and low rectal carcinoma were operated by Mason's operation for local excision.Results Tis tumor in 5,T 1 tumor in 13,T 2 tumor in 10,T 3 tumor in 2.No patients with positive margins on final pathology of resected specimens .All patients were followed-up for average fifty-two months.Five-year survival was 93%.No patient was found with local recurrence.Conclusion Mason's operation should be chosen for local excision of mid and low rectal cancer.
