| 摘 要： | 目的探讨3种细菌在长航后舰艇队员龈下菌斑中的分布及其致病机理。方法收集80例长航后舰艇人员龈下菌斑,按照牙龈指数（Gingival Index,GI）分为三组：1组GI=0,2组GI=1,3组GI=2或3。采用PCR方法分别检测三组牙龈卟啉单胞菌、福赛斯坦纳菌和齿垢密螺旋体的分布。结果1组牙龈卟啉单胞菌、福赛斯坦纳菌和齿垢密螺旋体的检出率分别为19.05%、52.38%、19.05%,2组分别为18.75%、65.63%、40.63%,3组分别为18.52%、81.48%、44.44%。牙龈卟啉单胞菌在三组间的检出率无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;其余两种细菌在2、3组的检出率均高于1组（P〈0.05）。结论福赛斯坦纳菌、齿垢密螺旋体单独或联合感染与长航后舰艇官兵牙龈炎症密切相关。
