摘    要:目的为下丘脑室旁核参与惊厥应答提供形态学资料。方法:以听源性忭厥易大鼠为动物模型,用免疫组织化学ABC法显示下丘脑室旁核神经元即早基因c-fos的表达。

Abstract:To provide a morphological basis for the hypothalamic paraventricular nucleus (PVN) responding to seizure. Mehtods: The c-fos of audiogenic seizures susceptible rats was ex-pressed in the PVN using immunocytochemical ABC method. Results: The expression of c-fos in-creased significantly in PVN of seizuring rats, especially in the parvicellular subnucleus of PVN. Conclusion: The neurons of PVN were activated during seizures, suggesting that PVN took part in the response to seizures.
