广东省托幼机构消毒质量监测

目的了解广东省托幼机构消毒质量,找出存在问题,提出改进措施。方法采用回顾性调查方法,2005~2007年广东省托幼机构消毒质量监测数据进行统计分析。结果2005~2007年连续3年监测,广东省托幼机构消毒质量总平均合格率依次为89.78%、84.51%、89.77%。室内空气卫生合格率为87.38%,托幼机构工作人员和幼儿手卫生的合格率最低,仅为80.07%,餐厨具的合格率最高为91.1%。结论广东省托幼机构消毒工作质量较好,工作人员人员手污染问题应引起重视,需要加强消毒知识培训和监督管理。

MONITORING OF DISINFECTION QUALITY IN KINDERGARTENS OF GUANGDONG PROVINCE

Objective To know the quality of sanitary disinfection in kindergartens in Guangdong Province,and to find out the existing problems during the monitoring in order to improve the efficiency of disinfection.Method Retrospective survey method was used to analyze the records of sanitary disinfection in different kindergartens in Guangdong Province between 2005 and 2007.Results From 2005～2007,the overall eligible rates of sanitary disinfection in different kindergartens in Guangdong Province were 89.78%,84.51% and 89.77%.Among the monitored items,the eligible rate of indoor air was 87.38%.The eligible rate of hands of kindergarten staff and children was the lowest,which was 80.07%.The highest eligible rate was tableware,which was 91.1%.Conclusion The quality of disinfection work in kindergartens in Guangdong Province was good,and the prominent problem was contamination of hands of the staff and children.It is suggested that the quality of disinfection can be improved further through training for disinfection,supervision and inspection.
