| 摘 要： | 目的：研究NO与病毒性心肌炎（VMC）发生发展的关系及参白口服液的防治作用。方法：给BALB／C小鼠接种嗜鼠心肌柯萨奇B3病毒（CVB3m)诱发VMC，在接种后3、7、14、20、30d动态对照观察VMC的检出（光、电镜）及小鼠心肌组织INOS表达（免疫组化）情况。结果：CVB3m可引起VMC，受检心肌中INOS的阳性率表达为95．8％，中药组的表达量明显减少（P＜0．05）。结论：NO的变化可能参与VMC的发生和发展，参白口服液有良好的防治作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study on relationship between NO and the development of viral myocarditis(VMC),and the prevention and treatment functions of Shenbai oral liquor. Methods:The viral myocarditis in BALB/C mouse was obtained by coxsackie virus B3m(CVB3m). The VMC and proteins INOS of mouse heart muscle in various stages(The days of 3,7,14,20,30)of virul infection were determined by optical and electron microscope and immunohistochemical methods comparatively. Results:CVB3m could cause VMC. The INOS positive rate of detected heart muscle in model group was 95.8%, and the Chinese medicine group's decreased obviously(P<0.05). Conclusion:NO plays important parts in the development of VMC, and Shenbai oral liquor has significant functions of prevention and treatment. |
