EC耳脑胶在神经外科手术中的应用

目的 探讨EC胶在神经外科各类手术中的应用。方法 颅底及鞍底重建，脑脊液漏修补，颅骨修补及整修，硬脑膜缝合及修补时，用其粘合固定骨瓣，小骨片，硬脑膜及骨膜；颅内血管破损时用其粘合修补止血。结果 在105例各类神经外科手术中的应用均效果良好，能明显简化手术操作，防止脑脊液漏的发生，修补保存破损出血的脑内血管，缩短手术时间，应用安全，方便，无毒副作用。结论 EC胶是颅底修补，重建，脑脊液漏修补，脑膜及颅骨修补成形，血管损伤修补止血的理想材料。

Clinical utility of EC glue in neurosurgery

Objective To evaluate the utility of EC glue in neurosurgical operation.Metheds The authors used EC glue to adhering skull flap,fragment of skull fracture,dural mater,periosteum of skull and intracranial lessioned blood vessels in reconstruction of skull base and sella base,in repair of cerebrospinal fluid fistulae,in suture and repair of dural mater,in cranioplasty and in repair of intracranial blood vessels.Result A satisfactory effect had been obtained on utility of EC glue in neurosurgical operation of 105 cases.Using EC glue could simplifies operative manipulation,prevents cerebrospinal fluid fistulae,repairs and retains intracranial lessioned blood vessels,shortens operative time.It is safe and easy in usage and has not toxicity to human being.Conclusion The autors concluded that EC glue is a ideal material for reconstructing skull base and sella base,repairing dural mater,cranioplasting,adhering and repairing intracranial lessioned blood vessels.
