经皮冠状动脉成形术及支架置入术的临床应用

摘    要:目的 探讨冠心病介入治疗的效果.方法 经皮腔内冠状动脉成形术(PTCA)及腔内支架置入术(PTCA+Stent)患者8例,受累冠状动脉血管19支共27处狭窄,对其中14支20处狭窄血管施以腔内血管成形术及腔内支架置入术.结果 病变血管支或处的治疗率分别为73.6%和74%;治疗血管与内支架的置入率为40%;术后即时造影显示12支18处血管完全扩张,2支血管扩张50%达到血运重建的良好效果.结论 术前分析冠状动脉病变局部特征和治疗方法的选择有助于提高手术的成功率和疗效,PTCA及PTCA+Stent是治疗冠状动脉狭窄阻塞性疾病的安全有效的方法.

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of the interrentinal therapy on the coronary heart disease.Methods We gathered 8 cases applied with PTCA and PTCA+Stent,where existsed 27 coronary stenosises in 19 hurted arteries.We also applied the PTCA and PTCA+Stent to 20 stenosises in 14 of them.Results The therapy rates of parts and branches of bloods vessels with pathological changes were 73.6% and 74.0%.The rate of plus stent was 40%.The instaneous angiography after the operation showed good effect in rebuilding the blood flow in 12 branches and 18 parts completely vasodilated and 2 branches and 2 parts vasodilated to 50%.Conclusion The analysis to the local character of coronary aterial pathological changes and the therapy are helpful to increase the rate of operational success and to improve the effect of the etherapy.PTCA and PTCA+Stent are safe and efficient means to cure obstructure coronary arterial disease.
