超声弹性成像鉴别诊断乳腺癌和非哺乳期乳腺炎的价值

评价超声弹性成像在乳腺癌和非哺乳期乳腺炎病变的鉴别诊断价值。方法分析经手术或穿刺组织病理证实的171个乳腺癌病灶和30个非哺乳期乳腺炎病灶的超声弹性成像评分和应变率比值结果。结果 171个乳腺癌病灶中147个病灶评分≥4分,30个非哺乳期乳腺炎病灶中27个病灶评分≤3分。乳腺癌病灶和非哺乳期乳腺炎病灶与同水平腺体应变率比值平均值分别为5.16±1.95、1.71±0.16,两者的应变率比值差异具有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论超声弹性成像评分法和应变率比值的测量在乳腺癌和非哺乳期乳腺炎病变鉴别诊断中有较高的价值。更多还原

Differential Diagnosis of Breast Cancer and Non-lactational Mastitis with Ultrasound Elastography

Objective To evaluate the value of ultrasound elastography(UE) in differential diagnosis of breast cancer and non-lactational mastitis lump(NLM).Methods UE scores and strain ratio results were analyzed in 171 cases of breast cancer and 30 cases of NLM confirmed by surgery or biopsy.Results A total of 147 of the 171 breast cancer lesions were scored ≥4 and 27 of the 30 non-lactational mastitis lesions were scored ≤3.The mean strain ratios of breast cancer lesions and NLM lesions to the same level breast tissue were,respectively,5.16±1.95 and 1.71±0.16,and differences were statistically significant(P=0.000).Conclusion UE scoring and strain ratio measurement are valuable in differential diagnosis of breast cancer and NLM.
