一阶导数光谱法测定丹皮中的有效成分

摘    要:中药丹皮经无水乙醇浸取,在氢氧化钠溶液中用一阶导数光谱法测定其有效成分牡丹酚的含量,测定时样品无需分离,即可有效地消除干扰,方法简便、快速、准确,结果满意。该法平均回收率为99.79%,CV为2.2%。

Abstract:After the root bark of tree peony,the Chinese Medicinal herb,had been extracted with anhydrous alcohol, the content of paeonol,Its active constituent,was determined in the liquor natric hydroxide by first derivate spectrometry. While being determined,the sample didn' t need to be seperated and the interfering compositions could be effectively eliminated, the method was simple,rapid and accurate,and the results were satisfying. The average recovery rate of the method was 99. 79%,CV was 2. 2%,
