| 摘 要： | 探讨小儿腹股沟斜疝小切口手术治疗的，临床应用价值。方法：采用小切口疝囊高位结扎术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝1462例，回顾性分析其中获随防1月～5年的850例患儿的治疗效果。结果：复发4例，切口瘢痕疙瘩1例，睾丸萎缩1例，优良844例，优良率99.29％。
