青椒碱对实验性肝癌细胞骨架影响的电镜观察

摘    要:用二乙基亚硝胺 (DEN)诱发大鼠肝癌动物模型 ,以青椒碱治疗 ,分离肝细胞原代培养 ,应用整装细胞电镜技术结合选择性抽提观察细胞骨架。结果显示DEN诱发大鼠肝癌细胞的骨架丝状结构遭到破坏、断裂并聚集成团块 ,治疗组细胞骨架有明显的恢复。提示青椒碱可通过影响细胞骨架对大鼠实验性肝癌细胞起到治疗作用

Abstract:Whole mount cell transmission electron microscopy combined with selective extraction method was adopted to study the effect of schinifoline on hepatocellular cytoskeleton of experimental hepatoma. It was shown that the filaments of the cytoskeletons of the transformed cells induced by DEN were obviously damaged, depolymerized and aggregated. After the treatment with schinifoline, the cytoskeletal system of the transformed cells recovered apparently. So schinifoline can be used to treat on the experimental liver cancer cells in rat by influencing cytoskeleton.
