国内外药物经济学的研究热点与发展应用现状

目的：介绍药物经济学在国内外的研究热点和发展应用现状。方法：通过对文献的回顾研究．介绍药物经济学的发展简史及简要研究方法．比较国内外研究的侧重点及差异．探讨该学科在卫生资源配置中的作用。结果：药物经济学虽然为新兴学科．但可以为医疗保险目录遴选、临床合理用药选择、新药价格制定、药品生产研发提供决策依据。结论：药物经济学在卫生保健决策过程中发挥着积极作用。对促进我国卫生资源合理配置具有重要意义。

The Focus and Application Development of Pharmacoeconomics Research at Home and Abroad

Objective： To introduce the focus and application development ofpharmacoeconomics research at home and abroad. Method： By using literature retrieval, introducing the development history ofpharmacoeconornics and research method briefly, comparing the focuses and the differences at home and abroad, and discussing the role of pharmacoeconornics in health resource allocation. Results： Although pharmacoeconomics is a new subject, it could provide basis for decision making about medical insurance directory selection, clinical rational drug selection, new drug pricing, pharmaceutical production research and development. Conclusions： Pharmacoeconomics plays an active role in the health care decision-making process, and it has an important significance in promoting the rational allocation of health resources in China.
