| 摘 要： | 有研究表明喂养行为可影响乳母的心理健康,也有不少研究表明健康的心理状态是产妇顺利进行母乳喂养的重要条件。该文回顾了从不同角度对喂养行为与乳母心理健康之间关系的研究,多数研究支持两者之间确有明显联系,并且不少研究支持母乳喂养有益于产妇的心理健康。

| Abstract: | Some studies showed that behavior of lactation may affect maternal mental health,other studies also suggested that healthy maternal psychological state was essential for breastfeeding.This article reviewed researches on relationship between lactation behaviors and maternal mental health from different aspects.Most researches supported this significant association;furthermore,many researches supported that breastfeeding is benificial to maternal mental health. |
