| 摘 要： | 目的观察新风胶囊对类风湿关节炎(RA)患者肺功能、肺部、关节、全身症状及调节性T细胞(Treg)的影响,并探讨其作用机制。方法将66例RA患者随机分为两组:新风胶囊(XFC)组(研究组)和风湿骨痛(FSGT)组(对照组),观察两组治疗前后各指标的变化。结果与对照组比较,研究组患者肺功能、肺部、关节及全身症状明显改善,同时,CD4+CD25+CD127-Treg升高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论复方新风胶囊通过上调CD4+CD25+CD127-Treg,从整体水平调节免疫平衡,改善RA患者肺功能和肺部症状。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effects of Chinese medicine Xinfeng capsule（XFC）on pulmonary function,lung,joints,systemic symptoms and regulatory T cells（Treg）in patients with rheumatoid arthritis（RA）and study its mechanism.Methods 66 patients with RA were randomly divided into two groups：Xinfeng capsule（XFC）group and FSGT group.The therapeutic indeies before or after the treatment were observed in XFC or FSGT group.Results Compared with FSGT group,pulmonary function,lung,joints and systemic symptoms had more amelioration,and CD4＋CD25＋CD127-Treg increased more in XFC group（P0.05）.Conclusions XFC can significantly improve lung function and pulmonary symptoms in the patients with RA,which may be related to its effects in upregulating CD4＋CD25＋CD127-Treg and regulating of immune balance in the overall. |
