| 摘 要： | 目的探讨宫颈鳞癌中人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)16/18 E6、脆性组氨酸三联体(FH IT)蛋白表达的情况以及两者的相关性,了解HPV16/18 E6、FH IT蛋白表达与宫颈癌临床病理参数的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学M axV ision法对40例宫颈鳞癌组织标本和10例正常宫颈组织,进行HPV16/18 E6、FH IT蛋白表达的检测。结果 HPV16/18 E6蛋白在宫颈癌组织中比在正常宫颈组织中表达明显增多,FH IT蛋白在宫颈癌组织中比在正常宫颈组织中表达明显减少,FH IT蛋白与HPV16/18 E6蛋白的表达存在相关关系。结论 FH IT蛋白缺失与宫颈鳞癌发生有关,它的缺失可能作为HPV16/18阳性高危人群的筛选指标。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the expression of HPV16/18 E6 and FHIT protein in cervical cancer,and the relationship between their expressions.Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of HPV16/18 E6 and FHIT protein in 10 normal cervices as well as 40 cervical cancers.Results The expression of HPV16/18 E6 protein in cervical cancer was much higher than that in the normal tissues.The expression of FHIT protein in cervical cancer was much lower than that in the normal tissues.The expression of HPV16/18 E6 protein were correlated with FHIT protein.Conclusion The missing expression of FHIT protein is associated with cervical cancer,it may be regarded as the screening index for HPV16/18-positive patients. |
