参芪糖肾安汤治疗糖尿病肾病的临床研究报告

目的系统观察参芪糖肾安汤治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效和安全性。方法选择36例早期糖尿病肾病患者,观察治疗后的疗效及安全性指标情况。结果经治疗后,患者症候积分、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、24 h尿蛋白、血脂、血流变指标均有显著改善,自身比较有明显差异性,且未见不良反应。结论参芪糖肾安汤对于早期糖尿病肾病具有缓解症状、降低血糖、糖化血红蛋白、减少尿蛋白、改善微循环的作用,对糖尿病肾病的预防和治疗具有积极意义。

Clinical Research of Shen Qi Tang Shen An Decoction in the Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective:To systematically observe the clinical efficacy and security of Shen Qi Tang Shen An decoction in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.Methods 36 patients with early diabetic nephropathy were selected to observe the efficacy and security index after treatment.Results After treatment,the patients' indexes of symptom integration,limosis blood suger,glycosylhemoglobin,24h urinary protein,blood-lipid and hemorheology were significantly improved,and had obvious difference compared with themselves.No adverse reactions were seen.Conclusions For the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy,Shen Qi Tang Shen An decoction has the effects of relieving symptoms,reducing the level of blood sugar,glycosylating hemoglobin,decreasing urine protein and improving microcirculation.It has an positive significance for the prevention and treatment of diabetic nephropathy.
