细胞黏附分子及抑癌基因和凋亡抑制蛋白在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达及其意义

摘    要:目的:探讨细胞黏附分子、抑癌基因、凋亡抑制蛋白的表达与膀胱移行细胞癌病理分级、临床分期及预后的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法检测56例膀胱移行细胞癌及5名正常人膀胱黏膜标本中细胞黏附分子、抑癌基因和凋亡抑制蛋白的表达。结果:56例膀胱癌的细胞黏附分子、抑癌基因、凋亡抑制蛋白的表达总阳性率为57%、73%、86%;随着癌组织病理分级升高、临床分期浸润深度增加,细胞黏附分子、抑癌基因的表达降低,而凋亡抑制蛋白的表达升高。细胞黏附分子、抑癌基因、凋亡抑制蛋白的表达率在肿瘤复发患者与无复发患者比较,差异均无统计学意义。结论:细胞黏附分子、抑癌基因的表达与膀胱移行细胞癌的病理分级和临床分期有关;凋亡抑制蛋白的高表达率可能成为膀胱移行细胞癌辅助诊断指标之一。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the relationship between intercellular adhesion molecules(cluster of differentiation 44v6,CD44v6),antioncogene(p63) and apoptosis inhibitor expression and the pathological grade, clinical stage and prognosis in bladder transitional cell carcinoma(BTCC).Methods: Immunohistochemical method was used to detect CD44v6, p63 and survivin expression in 56 specimens of BTCC and in 5 normal bladder mucosa as controls. Results:The positive rates of CD44v6, p63 and survivin in all BTCC specimens were 57%, 73% and 86% respectively. The expression of CD44v6 was reduced with the poor differentiation and the deeply invasive growth of BTCC. The expression of p63 and surviving was not correlated with pathological grade and clinical stage. The expression of CD44v6, p63 and survivin had no relationship with the recurrence of BTCC. Conclusion:The expression of CD44v6 is related to the pathology grade and clinical stage of BTCC. It may be valuable for detecting and predicting the malignant tendency of BTCC; The high positive rates may be valuable in assisting the diagnosis of BTCC.
