卫生保健人员吸烟KAP调查报告

本文调查分析上海359名基层卫生保健人员有关吸烟的知、信、行和控烟态度、责任等，结果显示：总吸烟率为19．50％，男性为43．06％，每日吸烟率为13．65％，偶尔吸烟率为5．85％；大部分卫生保健人员能认识吸烟和被动吸烟的危害；对既无症状或确诊，又未提出吸烟问题的吸烟病人只有46．25％的人能经常劝阻；89．36％的不吸烟者和77．16％的吸烟者同意教育人民不吸烟是医生的责任；96．06％赞成在公共场所绝对禁止吸烟，但对提高烟价这一国际通用控烟措施认识不足；96．32％的卫生保健人员认为有必要开展全面综合的控烟活动。

Investigation of Smoking Knowledge,Attitudes and Practice among Staffs of Health Care and Intervention Strategies

359 staffs of health care in Shanghai were investigated on smoking status and their knowledge, attitudes and behaviors towards smoking and anti-smoking campaigns. The results shawed that the total smoking rate was 19. 50 % (43. 06% for male staffs) The daily and occasional smoking rate were 13. 65 % and 5. 85 % resistively. Moot of the health care staffs recognined the harmful effects of smoking and passive smoking. Only 46. 25% of them would often advice smoking patients who had no smoking-related diseases or syptoms and who didn' t raise the related questions themselves. 89. 36% of non-smokers and 77. 61 % of smokers agreed that convincing people to stop smoking was doctors' respoasibility. 96. 06% of staffs agreed to restrict sestrict in public places. But the most notable deficiency in knowledge was the effect of price rising of tobacco products in decreasing consumption, which is widely confirmed and used in many countries. It was found that 96. 23% of health care staffs were in favour of comprehensive smoking-control intervention.
