摘    要:本文报告19例CPH、20例CAH、20例HC和13例HE患者的BG、IRI、CPR、IRG、BCAA和AAA水平。结果表明,BC组和HE组BG、IRI、CPR和IRG水平显著高于对照组,BCAA则显著低于对照组;肝病各组之间CPR/IRI和IRI/IRG无显著性差异。IRI和IRG水平与BCAA/AAA克分子比呈负相关,但两种胰腺激素,与血浆BCAA和AAA不相关。本文提示胰腺激素紊乱和血浆氨基酸失衡并行发生。

Abstract:The blood basal levels of glucose, insulin(IRI), c-peptide(CPR), glucagon(IRG), branched-chain amino acids(BCAA, including isoleucine, leucine and valine) and aromatic amino acids(AAA, including tyrosine and phenylanine) were determined in 19 patients with chronic persistent hepatitis(CPH), 20 chronic active hepatitis(CAH), 20 hepatic cirrhosis(HC) and 13 chronic liver diseases accompanying hepatic encephalo-pathy(HF) and 20 normal subjects as controls. The results showed that the levels of blood glucose, IRI, CPR and IRG in the patients with HC and HE were significantly higher than those of controls. In CPR/IRI and/IRI/IRG ratio, there are no significant differences between any groups of liyer diseases. Compared with the control group, plasma levels of lie, Leu and Val in groups of HC and HE were significantly decreased. BCAA/AAA molar ratio in each group of liver diseases was greatly lower than that of the control group. The levels of IRI and IRG correlated negatively with BCAA/AAA(r=-0.41,r=-0.34, respectively). Both of pancreatic hormones did not correlate with plasma BCAA and AAA.
