摘    要:目的:了解省、地、县三级中医院人力资源分布情况,为制定改善中医院人才结构的政策提供参考.方法:应用全国中医院监测网点数据,采用统计软件SPSS11.0进行分析.结果:省、地、县三级中医院,医生、医疗技术人员、护理人员,30~49岁占大多数,约占总人数的60%.2000年与2001年比较,除省级医院护理人员50岁以上的有所增加(t=2.20,P=0.03),其他各项变化均无统计学意义.在职称方面,医生以副高、中级和初级较多,医疗技术人员以初、中级和其它职称为主,正、副高人员相对来说均较少,而护理人员中高级职称的极少.结论:医护比例失调;护理人员中存在年轻化倾向,其它各类型医务人员均以中青年为主;省、地两级中医院医生高中级比例合理,而医疗技术人员以及护理人员在省、地、县三级中医院,其高中级比例均严重失调;具有高级职称的人员,在医院中从事科研与教育的较少.

Abstract:Purpose: to find out the distribution of human resources in TCM hospitals at provincial, prefecture and county levels for the reference to work out policies for improving talent structure in TCM hospitals. Method: based on the data of monitoring network/site for national TCM hospitals, it is analyzed by statistics software SPSS 11.0. Result: in TCM hospitals at provincial, prefecture and county levels, the majority (approximately 60%) of physicians, medical care technicians and nurses is the workers aged from 30-49 years old. The comparison between 2000 and 2001 shows, the change of all items is not statistically significant except that the number of nurses aged over 50 at provincial level was increased (t=2.20, p=0.03). Regarding academic titles, most of the physicians are associated high title, middle and primary title, most of the medical care technicians are middle title, primary title and other title, there are relatively a few of high title and associated high title, and there extremely a few of high and middle title among nurses. Conclusion: unbalance between physicians and nurses; while nurses tend to younger, the other types of medical workers are mainly persons of middle and young age; while the proportion of high and middle title among physicians in TCM hospitals at provincial and prefecture levels is rational, the proportion of high and middle title is seriously unbalanced among medical care technicians and nurses in TCM hospitals at provincial, prefecture and county levels; there are relatively few of people of high title are engaged in research and education activities.
