社区护理干预对高血压患者的影响

目的探讨社区护理干预对高血压患者的影响。方法将240例经住院治疗、出院后符合要求的高血压患者随机分为实验组和对照组，每组120例。实验组由专业护士以定期家访和电话访问的形式进行社区护理干预，持续时间为6个月。比较两组患者自我管理能力、血压控制、并发症等情况。结果两组患者在提高自我管理能力、血压控制、并发症等方面有显著性差异（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。结论社区护理干预对出院后高血压患者的康复及提高生活质量有积极作用。

Influence of Community Nursing Intervention on Hypertension Patients

Objective To explore the influence of community nursing intervention on hypertension patients. Methods 240 eases of hyper- tension patients after being discharged were randomly divided into 2 groups, 120 cases in each group. The experiment group was given community-based nursing intervention through regular home visit or telephone interview by specific nurses for 6 months. The self-management capacity and the condition of blood pressure and complication were compared between the two groups. Results There were significant differences in the self-management capacity（P 〈 0.05 ） and the condition of blood pressure and complication（P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The community nursing intervention to hypertension patients plays an important role in recovery after their being discharged and improving their quality of life.
