参麦注射液联合生长抑素治疗急性胰腺炎患者的临床研究

目的探讨参麦针联合生长抑素治疗急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法收集增城市石滩医院于2007年2月至2011年2月诊治的急性胰腺炎患者50例,随机分为两组:对照组(25例)予生长抑素治疗,治疗组(25例)予生长抑素联合参麦针治疗。观察血清淀粉酶、C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子α和胰腺影像学变化。结果治疗后患者临床症状、血清淀粉酶和炎症指标改善明显,治疗组和对照的总有效率分别为96%和68%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参麦联合生长抑素治疗急性胰腺炎疗效确切,值得临床医师借鉴。

The Clinical Research of Shenmai Injection Combined with Somatostatin on Pateints with Acute Pancreatitis

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of shenmai injection associated with somatostatin on pateints with acute pancreatitis(AP).Methods 50 AP patients were collected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group,25 cases in each group,the former group received somatostatin therapy,the latter group was treated with somatostatin united with shenmai injection treatment.The pancreatic imaging changes were observed and the serum levels of amylase(AMY),C reactive protein(CRP)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were tested.Results The clinical symptoms,serum AMY,CPR and TNF-α levels and pancreatic damage were improved significantly after treatment in two groups,the total effective rate was 96% in treatment group,which was significantly different from the control group(68%,P<0.05).Conclusion The therapy of shenmai injection associated with somatostatin has affirmative effect on AP patients,which should be learned by the clinicians.
