Hcy和BNP水平在急性心肌梗死患者中的表达及临床意义

目的：探究血浆同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）和B型钠尿肽（BNP）水平在急性心肌梗死（AMI）患者中的表达及临床意义。方法选取2011年4月至2013年2月在我院住院治疗确诊的AMI患者120例（治疗组）和健康体检者140例（对照组）。AMI患者采取药物溶栓治疗。分别比较治疗组与对照组、治疗组治疗前后患者的Hcy和BNP水平。结果治疗组治疗前Hcy、BNP水平均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；120例AMI患者中，随访1年后有43例发生了心血管事件，77例未发生心血管事件；发生心血管事件者的Hcy、BNP水平均高于未发生者，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论AMI患者体内Hcy和BNP表达升高，两者可作为AMI的临床诊断和预测指标。

The Expression and Clinical Significance of PlasmaHomocysteine and B-type Natriuretic Peptide in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of plasma homocysteine （Hcy）and B-type natriuretic peptide （BNP）in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods 120 patients with acute myocardial in-farction（treatment group）who treated in our hospital from April 2012 to February 2014 and 140 Healthy people （con-trol group）were enrolled.Patients taken drug thrombolysis therapy.The levels of plasma Homocysteine and B-type na-triuretic peptide were compared between treatment group and control group,before and after different treatments.Re-sults The cases of treatment group had high levels of plasma Hcy and BNP before treatment which has statistical sig-nificance（P〈0.05）.Among these 120 patients,43 has cardiovascular event happened in one year,while 77 patients didn’t.The levels of patients with cardiovascular event were higher than those without cardiovascular event（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The levels of plasma Hcy and BNP are higher in patients with acute myocardial infarction and can be the clinical diagnosis and prediction index.
