| 摘 要： | 目的评价肿瘤相关物质群(TSGF)诊断前列腺癌的临床应用价值。方法检测38例前列腺癌和86例前列腺增生症患者的血清TSGF,并与血清T-PSA进行比较。结果当T-PSA<10ng/ml(灰色区),血清TSGF值易于鉴别前列腺癌与前列腺增生症患者(P<0.01);而T-PSA则不能(P>0.05)。结论血清TSGF是一种新的诊断前列腺癌的瘤标,可以降低T-PSA诊断前列腺癌的假阴性率。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical values of Tumor supplied group of factors(TSGF) in detecting prostate cancer. Methods The authors conducted a study to compare the diagnostic values of serum TSGF and Prostate specific antigen(T-PSA) in 38 cases of prostate cancer and 86 cases of benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH). Results When T-PSA was <10ng/ml (gray zone), the value of TSGF was more sensitive in differentiating prostate cancer from BPH (P <0.01), while T-PSA failed to do so (P >0.05). Conclusions The study suggested that serum TSGF is a new tumor marker for detecting prostate cancer, especially may lower the false-negative results caused by serum T-PSA. |
