湖南省、海南省乡镇卫生院医生人力供需平衡分析

摘    要:文章对湖南省、海南省乡镇卫生院医生供给和需求现状进行了分析,并对其进行定量拟合研究,提出在所调查的乡镇卫生院中,海南省71.82%,湖南省78.41%的乡镇卫生院医生过剩,建议改变现有对乡镇卫生院的财政投入方式,对现有医生队伍采取控制外延发展,合理调整分流,改善人员结构等措施,走减员增效之路,同时积极引导和开发居民的医疗需求.

Analysis of Supply and Demand Balance of Doctor Humanpower in Township Health Centers in Hunan Province and Hainan Province
Abstract:This paper analyzed the situation of supply and demand of doctor humanpower in township health centers in Hunan province and Hainan province and conducted quantity fitting study. Among 71.82%the township health centers investigated in Hainan province and 78.41% in Hunan province, the doctors are excess. The paper put some measures as follows: (1) changing the present financing input methods to township health centers; (2) controlling the number of doctors and improving the construction of staff; and (3) actively inducing and developing residents' medical demands.
