摘    要:目的 观察食豚鼠不同时期肝和小肠组织Fe、Mg、Zn、Cu含量的变化,以揭示禁食应激对肝、肠组织金属元素的代谢的影响。方法 短毛种豚鼠24只,随机分为4组,正常组和实验组1、2、3,实验组分别禁食24、48、72小时,结果 1.肝组织内Fe,Mg和小肠组织中Fe、Mg、Zn水平随禁食时间的延长而下降,2.肝组织中Zn、Cu水平则胡禁食时间的延长而上升。3.小肠组织内Cu水平在禁食早期明显上升,以后

Abstract:Objective To study the relationship between starvation and the metal elements in liver and small intestine Method Twenty four guinea pigs were divided randomly into no starving group as comparison, starving 24hr group,48hr group and 72hr group as experimental groups The effect of starvation on Fe,Mg,Zn,Cu levels in liver and small intestine of guinea pigs was observed Results 1 level of Fe,Mg in liver,Fe,Mg,Zn level in small intestine lowered along with the continunity of hunger 2 Zn,Cu level in liver increased in experimental groups 3 Cu level in small intestine increased at the early stage of starvation, decreased to normal level afterwards Conclusion 1 starvation do effect distribution and metabolism of Fe,Mg,Zn,Cu levels in digest system 2 Fe,Mg,Zn,Cu levels in digest system and stress response may have interelation
