| 摘 要： | 动脉粥样硬化是多因素疾病,也是心脑血管疾病的重要病理基础.JAK/STAT信号通路与动脉粥样硬化的发生、发展以及防治密切相关,本文就该通路及其负调控因子SOCS与动脉粥样硬化的关系作一概述.

| Abstract: | Atherosclerosis is multifactor disease,which is also the pathology basis of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.JAK/STAT signal pathway is strongly related to the occurrence,development,prevention and cure of atherosclerosis.The relationship between this signal pathway and its negative regulators SOCS and atherosclerosis is reviewed. |
