上海市黄浦区某社区城市老年人心理健康干预效果评价

目的 对上海市黄浦区某社区城市老年人心理健康干预进行效果评价。方法 在黄浦区某社区对94名有心理卫生问题的老年人进行干预前后的配对t检验，并设对照组和心理健康组。干预的方法主要有心理健康和老年保健知识讲座，心理剧治疗，支持性心理咨询。用SCL-90量表和老年人心身健康调查表进行有关因素分析。结果 干预组和对照组比较，P〈0．01。干预前后配对t检验，P〈0．01，干预效果显示较低年龄组（60～69岁）比较高年龄组（70～79岁）干预效果好，男性比女性干预效果好。结论 心理健康和老年保健知识讲座，心理剧治疗，支持性心理咨询对社区城市老年人心理健康干预有效。

Evaluation on Effect of Psychological Health Intervention in Shanghai Huangpu Community Elders

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect of psychological health intervention among community inhabitants in Huangpu District. METHODS We divided them into intervention groups, control one and health one, among which we interviewed 94 old people with psychological health problems and adopted analysis of paired-t test as well. Major intervention measures which we employed were psy chological health and care lecture, psychological treatment and supporting psychological consultancy. We conducted analysis in view of questionnaires of SCL-90 and psychological health targeting old people. RESULTS The study showed that intervention group had more significant effect than control one (P<0.01). It showed that people aged of 60-69 also had more effective compared with ones aged of 70-79 (P<0.01). Male got more effective results than female. CONCLUSION We recognized that we should recommend senior citizens to conduct psychological intervention including psychological health and care lecture, psychological treatment and supporting psychological consultancy to solve psychological health problems.
