CT扫描对脊柱骨折合并截瘫早期诊断和治疗的临床价值

我院自1987年12月～1992年12月，收治脊柱骨折合并截瘫50例。采用CT扫描，能明确脊柱骨折情况，椎管狭窄情况，脊髓受压或损伤的程度。及早确诊后，对不完全瘫，脊髓无明显受医者行保守治疗11例，脊髓受压及损伤者及时手术治疗39例，术后有效率达54％，33％能行走生活自理。本文讨论了CT图像给手术提供的指征和CT扫描的适应症。

The clinical value of the early diagnosing and treating of spinel fracture with paraplegia with CT scanning

50 cases suffering from spinel fracture with paraplegia had ben hospitalized from December, 1987 to the end of 1992. Using CT scanning can make clear the situation of the spinel fracture, the rachistricture as well as the degree of the spinel cord pressed or injured. Confirmed diagnoses as soon as possible 11 cases who were incomplete paraplegia and without spinel cord pressed petently were conservatively treated,and 39 patients whose spinel cord had been pressed and damaged were promptly operated. The post operative effective rate reached 50 percent and 33 percent of those patients can stand up,walk and can take care of themselves. At the same time,we have also discussed some questiones,such as the indication of the operation and the adaptaion of CT scanning.
