| 摘 要： | 患者，男性，５５岁，进行性消瘦，腹胀腹痛一月，加重伴双下肢肿胀一周来诊。体检：慢性消耗病容，精神差，皮肤巩膜黄染，双下肢肿胀，肝肋下４ｃｍ，腹部移动性浊音阳性。腹部Ｂ超及肝脏ＣＴ检查，均诊断为肝硬化合并肝癌、腹水。化验血ＡＦＰ明显升高。临床诊断肝硬化...

CDFI Research of the Hemodynamics in Glaucoma |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the ocular hemodynamics in patients with open angle glaucoma and closure angle glaucoma.Methods:with CDFI,blood velocity of ophthalmic artery(OA),ciliary artery(CA)and central retinal artery(CRA)were assessed in 30 normal cases,40 open angle glaucoma and 40 closure angle glaucoma.Results:Resistance index(RI)in glaucoma was higher than normal group and the end diastolic velocity in open angle glaucoma was lower than normal group and closure angle glaucoma.Conclusion:The flow velocity of open angle glaucoma was in state of low velocity and high resistance.while flow velocity of closure angle glaucoma was normal,but resistance index was higher than normal. |
