早期胃癌胃镜诊断进展

胃癌是临床上最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,早期发现、早期治疗是提高疗效的关键,胃镜检查是最直接、准确、可靠的诊断方法。目前,用于临床检查的胃镜种类较多,各有千秋,普通电子胃镜在临床上已广泛应用,放大内镜、色素内镜、荧光内镜、超声内镜、近红外线电子内镜等在早期胃癌(EGC)的诊断中各有其独特的价值和作用。在临床工作中应结合实际来选择,以提高EGC的诊断率。

The Advancement of Gastroscope Diagnosis of Early Gastric Cancer

Gastric cancer is one of the most frequent malignant tumor. Early discovery and early treatment are the key point of increasing curative effect. Gastroscopy is the most direct, accurate and dependable diagnostic method to it. Now, the categories of gastroscope are more in clinical examination,each showing a unique quality.The examination of ordinary electronic gastroscope has been widely used in clinic, but the examinations of magnifying endoscope, pigmenting endoscope, fluorescing endoscope, ultrasonic endoscope and near infrared ray videoundoscope have their own values and effects for the diagnosis of EGC. We should chose them according to the clinical practice to increase the diagnosis rate of EGC.
