车载X线机在应急状态下的应用

目的:探讨如何在救灾应急状态下较好地完成影像技术工作。方法:从车载X线机的维护使用、技术人员的要求、患者心理的应激障碍(PTSD)等3个方面进行分析和总结。结果:车载式X光机在近2个月的高强度使用中,各个组成部分保持良好工作状态;620例灾区病例X光图像质量分析,优于日常工作中急诊摄片质量。结论:设备的日常维护,技术的合理应用,相关心理知识的掌握及应用,是应急状态下影像技术工作顺利完成的保证。

Emergency Application of Vehicle-mounted X-ray Machine

Objective To study how to finish radiography work satisfactorily under emergency situations. Methods Analyses and sum-up were performed from three aspects, including X -ray diagnostic vehicle, radiography and PTSD. Results The vehicle-mounted X-ray machine was kept good state during high strength utilization. 620 cases from the disaster area were examined and the diagnosing quality was better than usual. Conclusion Such aspects are very important for emergency application of vehicle-mounted X-ray machine as the daily maintenance of the machine, high technical level and proper mental intervention.
