| 摘 要： | 目的:观察头孢他啶联合公英败酱汤治疗慢性盆腔炎的效果。方法:54例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为2组治疗:治疗组在头孢他啶治疗的基础上加用中药公英败酱汤灌肠辅助治疗,对照组只用抗生素治疗,观察对比两组疗效。结果:两种方法治疗5个疗程后,治疗组治愈率为93%,对照组治愈率为78%,具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:中药公英败酱汤灌肠可加快局部血液循环,提高药物在病灶浓度,从而有效提高抗生素的治疗效果,提高治愈率,建议临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Ceftazidime combined with enema of Chinese crude drug in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation. Methods:54 patients with chonic pelvic inflammation were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group received Ceftazidime therapy combined with enema of Chinese crude drug, the control group received antibiotics only. Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was 93%, which was higher than that of control group (78%) significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion:Enema of Chinese crude drug can improve the local blood circulation and enhance the concentration of drugs in the chronic pelvic inflammation, which is remarkably effective in curing chronic pelvic inflammation. |
