| 摘 要： | 目的 观察针刺解溪穴配合Bobath法治疗痉挛型脑瘫尖足患儿的临床疗效.方法 将106例患儿分为治疗组60例和对照组46例,两组均采用Bobath法治疗,治疗组在此基础上配合针刺解溪穴.治疗前及治疗3个月后采用关节角度测量仪测量两组患儿左右踝关节被动背屈角度.结果 两组患儿治疗后左右踝关节被动背屈角度与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.01);两组患儿治疗后比较,左右踝关节被动背屈角度差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 针刺解溪穴配合Bobath法可有效改善痉挛型脑瘫尖足患儿的踝关节被动背屈角度.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of needling Jiexi(ST41) combined with Bobath therapy for spastic cerebral palsy(SCP).Methods Totally 106 SCP children were randomized into treatment group of 60 cases and control group of 46 cases.Both groups were given Bobath therapy.Needling Jiexi(ST41) was combined in the treatment group.The passive dorsiflexion angles of bilateral ankles were measured with joint angle measurement instrument before and after 3 months of treatment.Results After the treatment,the passive dorsiflexion angles of bilateral ankles decreased significantly in both groups(P<0.01),especially in the treatment group(P<0.01).Conclusion The combination of needling Jiexi(ST41) and Bobath therapy could significantly relieve the passive dorsiflexion of bilateral ankles in SCP children. |
