“热敷药”治疗硬皮病患者35例临床观察

目的 观察“热敷药”治疗硬皮病的临床疗效. 方法 将68例硬皮病患者随机分为治疗组35例,对照组33例.两组均口服积雪苷片及维生素E,治疗组加用“热敷药”局部外敷,每天2次,每次30min；对照组加用肝素钠软膏外用,每天2次.两组均连续用药3个月后比较治疗前后皮肤硬化积分、关节痛积分、关节功能积分及中医证候疗效.结果 治疗组治疗前后皮肤硬度积分、关节痛积分、关节功能积分比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),而对照组治疗前后比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).治疗组治疗后患者皮肤硬度积分、关节痛积分、关节功能积分显著低于对照组(P＜0.05或P＜0.01).治疗组中医证候疗效总有效率为97.1％,对照组为87.90％,治疗组明显优于对照组(P＜0.01).结论 “热敷药”具有明显改善硬皮病患者皮肤硬化的功效.

Clinical Observation on 35 Scleroderma Cases Treated by Hot Compress Med icine

Objective To observe the effect of Hot Compress Medic ine(Chinese med icines wrapped in cloth-bag and steamed for hot compress) on scleroderma.Metho ds Six-eight scleroderma patients were randomized into treatment group wit h 35 patients in it,and the control group with 33 patients in it.Both groups were administered asiaticoside tablets and vitamin E,the treatment group was ad ditionally given Hot Compress Medicine for application,30 min each time,2 times a day,while the control group was given heparin sodium ointment for applicati on,2 times a day.Both groups were treated for 3 months in succession.Before a nd after treatment,the scores of severity of skin sclerosis,joint pain,and jo int function of the two groups were compared,and therapeutic effect of TCM synd romes was evaluated.Results After treatment,the scores of severit y of skin sclerosis,joint pain,and joint function of the treatment group were improved significant(P<0.05),but those of the control group were not significantly different(P>0.05).The scores of s everity of skin sclerosis,joint pain,and joint function in the treatment group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group(P <0.0 5 or P<0.01).The total effective rate of the TCM syndromes of the treatmen t group was 97.1% remarkably higher than 87.9% of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Hot Co mpress Medicine is effective in significantly improving the severity of sclerode rma.
