回旋屈伸手法合并臭氧合剂治疗膝骨性关节炎36例临床观察

目的 观察回旋屈伸手法联合膝关节腔内注射臭氧合剂治疗膝骨性关节炎继发渗出性滑膜炎的临床疗效.方法 将86例患者随机分为治疗组36例和对照组50例,治疗组行臭氧配合透明玻璃酸钠膝关节腔内注射,之后用回旋屈伸手法治疗,对照组行利多卡因、曲安耐德局部封闭治疗,每周治疗1次,连续治疗3周为1个疗程.分别于治疗前后记录两组患者膝关节疼痛、关节活动度及膝关节功能评分.结果 治疗后两组患者膝关节疼痛、关节活动度及膝关节功能均较治疗前改善(P＜0.05)；治疗后组间各指标比较差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 回旋屈伸手法联合臭氧合剂介入治疗膝骨性关节炎继发渗出性滑膜炎有较好临床疗效.

Effect of the Combined Therapy of O3 and Gyratus Manipulation for 36 Cases of Kn ee Osteoarthritis

Objective To observe the clinical effect of the combined therapy of O3 and gyratus manipulation on knee osteoarthritis secondary exudative synovitis.Methods Eighty-six cases of knee osteoarthritis were randomized into treatment group of 36cases and control group of 50cases.The treatment group was given O3combined with sodium hyaluronate intra-articular injection and gyratus manipulation.The control group was given lidocaine and triamcinolone acetonide.The treatment was given to both groups once a week and lasted for 3weeks.Pain,motion range and function score of knee joint were observed.Results After the treatment,knee ache relieved obviously in both groups and the motion range and function of knee joint obviously improved in both group as well(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combined therapy of O3and gyratus manipulation has definite effect for knee osteoarthritis secondary exudative synovitis.
