金银花软胶囊联合康复新液治疗疱疹性咽峡炎105例疗效观察

目的 观察金银花软胶囊联合康复新液治疗儿童疱疹性咽峡炎的临床疗效.方法 选择315例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿随机分为对照组、单一治疗组和联合治疗组各105例,对照组给予利巴韦林冲剂,每天3次;单一治疗组给予金银花软胶囊,每次1～2粒,每天3次,同时给予康复新液口腔内含服,每次0.5～2ml,每天3～5次；联合治疗组同时给予利巴韦林冲剂、金银花软胶囊联合康复新液治疗,3组疗程均为1周.观察各组患儿退热时间、疱疹消退时间及临床疗效.结果 联合治疗组退热时间、疱疹消退时间明显短于对照组和单一治疗组,比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；对照组、单一治疗组、联合治疗组总有效率分别为85.7％、87.6％、97.1％,单一治疗组总有效率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),联合治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组和单一治疗组(P＜0.05).结论 金银花软胶囊联合康复新液治疗疱疹性咽峡炎临床疗效明显,与利巴韦林冲剂联合使用疗效更佳.

Therapeutic Effect of Jinyinhua Soft Gelatin Capsule Combined with Kangfuxin Liq uid for Herpangina

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Jinyin hua soft gelatin c apsule soft gelatin capsule of Jinyinhua(Flos Lonicerae Japonicae)] combined w ith Kangfuxin liquid(liquid of Americana Linn) for pediatric herpangina,Methods Totally 315 children suffered from herpangina were randomized into control group,monotherapy group and combination therapy group,wit h 105 in each.The control group was given ribavirin granule three times daily,The monotherapy group was given Jinyinhua soft gelatin capsule,taken 1 to 2 cap s each time,3 times daily,combined with 0.5ml to 2ml of Kangfuxin liquid,3 to 5 times daily.The combination therapy group was given ribavirin granule,Jinyin hua soft gelatin capsule and Kangfuxin liquid.The treatment course lasted for 1 week.The defervesce time,the time of disappearance of herpes and the therapeu tic effect were observed.Results The time of defervesce and disappearance of her pes in the combination therapy group was significantly shorter than that in the control group and monotherapy group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the control group,monotherapy group and combination therapy group was 85.7%,87.6% and 97.1%,respectively.The difference between the monotherapy group and the control group was not statistically s ignificant(P>0.05).The total effective rate of the combination group was superior to those of the other two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination therap y of Jinyinhua soft gelatin capsule and Kangfuxin liquid is effective for herpan gina,especially when combined with ribavirin,
