780例大肠癌中医证候与生存期的相关性分析

目的 研究大肠癌患者中医证候与生存期的相关性.方法 收集资料完整的780例大肠癌患者,设计临床病例观察表建立原始数据库并进行中医辨证分型,以门诊和电话相结合的方法进行随访,分析不同中医证候与生存期之间的相关性.结果 780例大肠癌患者中医证候出现频数由高到低依次为脾虚证、气虚证、阴虚证、血虚证、痰湿证、热毒证、气滞证、阳虚证、血瘀证.对487例患者进行了随访,阴虚证患者生存期短于非阴虚证患者(P＜0.05)；单纯气虚证患者生存期长于非单纯气虚证患者(P＜0.05);单纯脾虚证患者生存期与非单纯脾虚病证患者差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 大肠癌阴虚证的患者预后差,单纯气虚证的病例预后相对较好,阴虚证、单纯气虚证可作为大肠癌预后的预测因子.

Correlation of TCM Syndrome and Life Span in 780 Colon Cancer Patients

Objective To study the correlation of TCM syndrome and life span in patients with colon cancer.Methods The complete data of 780 patients with colon c ancer were collected and initial database was established.The patients were dif ferentiated into different TCM syndrome and followed up by clinic and telephone.The correlation of TCM syndrome and life span was analyzed.Re sults The freque ncy of TCM syndrome in 780 patients was spleen deficiency syndrome,qi deficiency synd rome,yin deficiency syndrome,blood deficiency syndrome,phlegm-damp syndrome,heat t oxin syndrome,qi stagnation syndrome,yang deficiency syndrome and blood stasis sy ndrome in order.487 cases were followed up.The life span of patients with yin deficiency syndrome was shorter than those without yin deficiency syndrome(P<0.0 5).T he life span of patients with simple qi deficiency syndrome was longer than those wit h non-simple qi deficiency syndrome(P<0.05).There was no significant differen ce in the life span between patients with simple spleen deficiency syndrome and those with non-simple spleen deficiency syndrome(P>0.05).Conclusion The prognosis of colon can cer patients with yin deficiency syndrome is poor,but the prognosis of those with simple qi deficiency syndrome is better.Yin deficiency syndrome and simple qi deficiency syn drome could be considered as the prognosis factor of colon cancer.
