舒通胶囊和麻仁软胶囊对便秘大鼠大肠推进功能的影响

目的 比较舒通胶囊和麻仁软胶囊对便秘大鼠大肠推进功能的影响.方法 正常Wistar大鼠60只,随机分为舒通胶囊和麻仁软胶囊各高、中、低3个剂量组,每组10只.分别灌胃舒通胶囊(2.0,1.0,0.5g/kg)和麻仁软胶囊(1.8,1.2,0.6g/kg);另取Wistar大鼠80只,喂饲大米、禁水3d制备燥结便秘大鼠模型,随机分为舒通胶囊和麻仁软胶囊各4个剂量组,每组10只.分别灌胃舒通胶囊(4.0,2.0,1.0,0.5g/kg)和麻仁软胶囊(2.4,1.8,1.2,0.6g/kg)；给药后,正常和模型大鼠均开腹由回盲部注入墨汁生理盐水混合液2ml/100g,观测各组大鼠大肠墨汁推进百分率,作量效曲线并比较两药的效价强度及效能.结果 舒通胶囊对正常大鼠大肠推进作用不存在量效正相关；舒通胶囊对燥结便秘大鼠可明显增强大鼠大肠推进功能,且呈量效正相关性,其效价强度和效能均大于麻仁软胶囊,但效能差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 舒通胶囊增强燥结便秘大鼠大肠的推进功能与麻仁软胶囊相当.

Effect of Shutong Capsule and Maren Soft Gelatin Capsule in Promoting En terokinesia on Large Intestine of Costive Rats

Objective To compare Shutong Capsule(capsule for d ef ecation) and Maren Soft Gelatin Capsule capsule of Maren(Fructus Cannabis)] in promoting e nter okinesia on large intestine of costive rats.Methods Si xt y normal Wistar rats were randomized into 6 groups,i.e.Shutong Capsule large-dose,middle dose and sma ll-dose groups,and Maren Soft Gelatin Capsule large-dose,middle-dose and sm alldose groups,with 10 in each.The corresponding dose of Shutong Capsule(2.0g/kg,1.0g/kg or 0.5g/kg) or Maren Soft Gelatin Capsule(1.8 g/kg,1.2 g/kg or 0. 6 g/kg) was given to rats by gastric gavage after fasting for 12 hours.Eighty c ostive rat m odels were established by feeding with rice and fasting water for three days,an d then were randomized into 8 groups,i.e.four different dose groups of Shutong Capsule or Maren Soft Gelatin Capsule respectively,with 10 in each.The corre sponding dose of Shutong Capsule(4.0g/kg,2.0g/kg,1.0g/kg or 0.5g/kg) and Mar en Soft Gelatin Capsule(2.4g/kg,1.8 g/kg,1.2 g/kg or 0.6 g/kg) was given to r ats by gastric gavage after fasting for 12 hours. Prepared Chinese ink mixed with normal saline(2ml/100g) was used to observe the enterokinesia condition.The potency and efficacy of two capsules was compared by observing the enterokinesia conditions in different gr oups and drawing the dose effect curve.Results There w as no positive dose-effec t correlation in purgation of Shutong Capsule for normal rats.Shutong Capsule c ould significantly promote enterokinesia for costive rats with a positive doseeffect correlation.The potency and efficacy of Shutong Capsule was superior to t hat of Maren Soft Gelatin Capsule,but the difference was not statistically sign ificant(P>0.05).Conclusion The purgation effect of Shutong Capsule and Maren Soft Gelatin Capsule is on the same level.
