1979-2010年寻常型银屑病文献证候分布情况分析

目的 探讨寻常型银屑病中医证候分布情况.方法 检索中国生物医学文献数据库、中国学术期刊全文数据库和中国中医药文献检索系统数据库,查找1979-2010年寻常型银屑病文献,筛选出证候文献,利用Excel建立证候名称数据库并进行频次统计,探索寻常型银屑病的中医证候分布情况.结果 最终筛选合格文献920篇,证候出现2 033次,规范后整理中医证候分布按频率(占总证候的百分率)大小依次排序,百分率大于1％的有9个证候,占所有证候比例的95.97％,分别是血热证(32.86％)、血燥证(23.56％)、血瘀证(19.43％)、风热证(6.34％)、湿证(4.87％)、血虚证(3.30％)、热证(2.51％)、风湿证(1.72％)、脏腑亏虚证(1.38％),排前3位的证候血热证、血燥证及血瘀证所占比例为76.85％.结论 寻常型银屑病以血分辨证为主,血热证、血燥证、血瘀证是其基本证候.

Distribution of Chinese Medical Syndrome in Ordinary Psoriasis: Literature from 1979 to 2010

Objective To analyze the distribution of Chinese medical syndrome in ordinary psoriasis.Methods The pertinent articles on ordinary psoriasis were collected in Chinese Biomedical Literature Database(CBM),Chinese Academic Journal FullText Database(CAJFD) and Traditional Chinese Medicine Database System(TCMDS) from 1979to 2010.The articles on Chinese medical syndrome were selected and syndrome denomination database was established by Excel.Frequency statistic method was used to analyze the syndrome distribution.Results Totally 920qualified articles were selected and the frequency of syndrome occurrence was 2 033.The distribution of syndrome was sorted by the frequency i.e.the percentage of syndrome occurrence in all articles.There were 9syndromes which percentages exceeded 1%,accounting for 95.97% of all syndromes.The syndrome sequence related to frequency was as following : blood heat syndrome 32.86%,blood dryness syndrome 23.56%,blood stasis syndrome 19.43%,wind heat syndrome 6.34%,damp syndrome 4.87%,blood deficiency syndrome 3.30%,heat syndrome 2.51%,wind damp syndrome 1.72%and bowel and visceral deficiency syndrome 1.38%.The top three syndromes i.e.blood heat syndrome,blood dryness syndrome and blood stasis syndrome constituted 75.85%.Conclusion The syndrome differentiation of ordinary psoriasis is mainly based on blood aspect.The main syndromes are blood heat syndrome,blood dryness syndrome and blood stasis syndrome.
