小柴胡汤治疗感冒后阵发性咳嗽40例

目的观察小柴胡汤加减治疗感冒后阵咳的临床疗效。方法 40例感冒后阵咳患者随机分为2组,对照组10例予以阿莫西林胶囊和复方甘草片治疗;治疗组30例用小柴胡汤加减治疗。比较2组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗组：治愈21例,好转7例,无效2例,总有效率93.3%;对照组：治愈6例,好转2例,无效2例,总有效率80%。2组疗效比较有显著差异（P〈0.01）。结论小柴胡汤加减治疗感冒后阵发性咳嗽有更好的疗效。

Clinical Observation on 40 Cases of Paroxysmal Cough after Cold Treated with Xiaochaihu Decoction

objective to observe the small radix bupleuri with this treatment after a cold cough array of clinical curative effect.Methods 40 cases of a cold cough array cough patients were randomly divided into two groups,control group 10 cases give amoxicillin capsule and compound liquorice slice treatment;The treatment group 30 cases with small radix bupleuri with this treatment.Compare the clinical curative effect of the two groups patients.Results treatment group:21 cases cured,improved in 7 cases,invalid in 2 cases,the total effective rate 93.3%,Control group:6 cases cured,2 cases were improved,2 cases were invalid,the total effective rate 80%.Two groups result was significant difference (p < 0.01).Conclusion a small radix bupleuri with this treatment after cold paroxysmal cough have better curative effect.
