滋肾生精汤治疗少弱精子症206例临床观察

目的 观察滋肾生精汤治疗肾虚型少弱精子症的临床疗效. 方法 206例肾虚型少弱精子症患者(单纯精子密度低者20例,单纯精子活力低者124例,精子密度低合并活动低者62例)均给予自拟滋肾生精汤加减治疗,水煎服,每日1剂,疗程3个月.观察治疗前、治疗后1.5个月、治疗后3个月患者精子密度、活力的变化.结果 186例精子活力低患者治疗后1.5个月及治疗后3个月均较治疗前精子活力有明显改善(P＜0.01)；治疗后1.5个月与治疗后3个月比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).82例精子密度低患者治疗后1.5个月及治疗后3个月精子密度均较治疗前有明显提高(P＜0.01)；治疗后1.5个月与3个月精子密度差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 滋肾生精汤治疗肾虚型少弱精子症具有显著疗效,可提高患者精子密度和活力.

A Clinical Observation on Zishen Shengjing Decoction in 206 Cases of Oligospermia and Asthenospermia

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Zishen Shengjing Decoction(decoction to enrich the kidney and engender essence) for oligospermia and asthenospermia.Methods Totally 206 cases of oligospermia and asthenospermia with kidney deficiency syndrome were given modified Zishen Shengjing Decoction,one dosage daily,for 3 months.The sperm count and motility was observed before the treatment and after 1.5 months and 3 months of the treatment.Results There were 186 cases of asthenospermia with 124 cases of simple asthenospermia and 62 cases of oligospermia and asthenospermia.After 1.5 and 3 months of the treatment,there were 17 cases(9.1%) and 90 cases(48.4%) of sperm motility A≥25% or(and) A+B≥50% respectively.The sperm motility improved significantly after 1.5 and 3 months of the treatment(P<0.01),especially after 3 months of the treatment(P<0.01).There were 82 cases of oligospermia with 20 cases of simple oligospermia and 62 cases of oligospermia and asthenospermia.After 1.5 and 3 months of the treatment,there were 10 cases(12.2%) and 42 cases(51.2%) of sperm density≥20×106/ml respectively.The sperm density improved significantly after 1.5 and 3 months of the treatment(P<0.01),especially after 3 months of the treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion Zishen Shengjing Decoction is effective for oligospermia and asthenospermia.It could obviously improve sperm density and motility.
