康复新液联合埃索美拉唑治疗糜烂性胃炎55例

目的探讨康复新液联合埃索美拉唑治疗糜烂性胃炎临床疗效。方法选取收治的204例糜烂性胃炎患者的临床资料,按照患者是否合并幽门螺杆菌（HP）分为阳性组及阴性组,阳性组随机分为阳性治疗组（58例）及阳性对照组（54例）;阴性组随机分为阴性治疗组（48例）及阴性对照组（44例）。阳性对照组先抗幽门螺杆菌治疗,后用埃索美拉唑治疗,阳性治疗组在阳性对照组的基础上加用康复新液治疗;阴性对照组仅用耐信治疗,阴性治疗组加用康复新液治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果进行评价。结果阳性治疗组临床总有效率高于阳性对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;阴性治疗组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论康复新液联合埃索美拉唑治疗糜烂性胃炎,能提高患者治疗效果。

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Combining Kangfuxin Ye with Esomeprazole on the Treatment of Erosive Gastritis

Objective The clinical effect of combining Kangfuxin Ye with esomeprazole on the treatment of erosive gastritis is discussed in this paper.Method 204 cases with erosive gastritis receiving a treatment in the People’s Hospital of Heshan were selected as clinical data.They were divided into positive group and negative group according to whether patients are also with helicobacter pylori (HP).Positive group was also randomly divided into positive treatment group (58 cases) and positive control group (54 cases);negative group was also randomly negative treatment group (48 cases) and negative control group (44 cases).Anti-HP treatment and esomeprazole were applied successively in the positive control group.On this basis,Kangfuxin Ye was additionally used in the positive treatment group.Nexium treatment was only applied in the negative control group;nexium and Kangfuxin Ye were applied in the negative treatment group.Then,the treatment effects on these groups were evaluated.Result The overall response rate of the positive treatment group was higher than that of the positive control group,and the difference is of statistical significance (p<0.05);the overall response rate of the negative treatment group was higher than that of the negative control group,and the difference is also of statistical significance (p<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Kangfuxin Ye with Esomeprazole can help improve the clinical effect on the treatment of erosive gastritis.
