乌鲁木齐市属医院不同民族护理人员心理状况调查分析

目的了解乌鲁木齐市属医院不同民族护理人员心理健康状况。方法对乌鲁木齐市属医院护理人员以职称进行分层抽样,采用症状自评量表进行心理状况调查。结果不同民族之间比较,躯体和恐怖因子分差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。与国内常模比较汉族和维吾尔族的躯体、人际关系因子分差异具有统计学意义(P0.05或P0.01);回族和哈萨克族的躯体、强迫、恐怖因子分差异具有统计学意义(P0.05或P0.01)。结论不同民族护理人员对护理工作有共同的认同感和心理体验,在应对工作压力时表现出相同的心理反应,与常模相比护理群体发生心理问题较普遍。

Investigation on mental health in nursing staff of different nationalities from hospitals in Urumqi City

Objective To investigate mental health of urrsing staff of ditterent nationalities from hospitals nl Urumqi City. Methods Ctuster sampling on basis of nurses professional titles was used to recuite nursing staff from hospital in Urumqi City. Symptom Checklist （ SCL -90） was carried out for the investigation. Results There were statistical differences in factor scores of somatization and fear between various nationalities （P 〈 0.05 ）. Compared with national norm significant differences were found in factor scores of body, interpersonal relationship and depression in nurses with Han nationality and Uygur （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈0.01）. As well as in factor grades of body, constraint, depression and terror in nurses with Hut nationality and Kazak （P 〈0.05 or P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions Nurses of all nationalities have same identification and mental experience and show similar psychological reaction to working pressare. Mental problem occurs generally in nursing staff compared with the norm.
