| 摘 要： | 九龙丹为一复方中成新药，为了解其致突变性，采用Ａｍｅｓ试验，微核试验和精子畸形试验等对其进行检测。结果均为阴性，表明九龙丹无致变作用。

THE STUDIES ON THE MUTAGENESIS OF JIU LONG DAN |

| Abstract: | This paper reported the research results of mutagenesis of Jiu long dan assayed with salmonella reversion test (Ames test),micronucleus test of polychromatic erythroblast in mouse bone marrow and aberration of sperm test.The results showed that the Jiu long dan with 5 doses (10-10000ug/plate) didn't reduce the reversion frequencies in strain TA97,TA98,TA100 and TA102 with or without S9 in the Ames test;It didn't increase the frequency of micronucleus and sperm malformation.The results showed that the Jiu long dan without mutagenicity. |
