综合医院急诊工作人员遭受攻击情况调查

目的：调查综合医院急诊工作人员遭受攻击的情况，为急诊工作人员防范攻击事件提供帮助。方法：对2006年10月至2007年1月在北京市某综合医院急诊科的工作人员进行自编问卷调查，资料以x^2检验以及百分比分析。结果：接受调查的112名医务人员中，有89．3％遭到攻击。在过去6个月内遭受攻击百分比较高的群体类型分别为：男性（100％），19～29岁（91．7％），护士（91．2％），一线工作人员（89．1％），工作年限不足3年（90．5％），急诊工作年限不足6月（97．6％）。遭受攻击的时段多在下午6点到凌晨0点（44．0％）和凌晨0点到清晨6点（28．0％）。遭受攻击者均出现了身心问题，遭受言语攻击后多数在6小时内恢复（45．3％），遭受躯体攻击者多在3天内恢复（56．0％）。结论：急诊工作人员遭受攻击的风险很高，建议有针对性地加强防范和心理健康维护。

Survey Report of Violence towards the ED Staff in the General Hospital

Objective: To investigate the violence towards hospital staff working in the emergency department(ED),so as to provide information for the violence forecast and prevention.Methods:112 ED staff in a general hospital in Beijing were investigated with self-designed questionnaires one by one during Oct of 2006 to Jan of 2007.Data were analyzed with Chi-square test and percent ratios.Results: Among 112 subjects,89.3% of them reported violence toward them.Groups experiencing the higher percentage of any type of violence during the last 6 months were as follows: male(100%),19-29-year-olds(91.7%),nurses(91.2%),the front-line staff(89.1%),staff working in hospitals less than 3 years(90.5%),and those working in ED less than 6 months(97.6%).Violence usually happened during 6pm-0am and 0am-6am(44.0% and 28.0% respectively).Each victim experienced violence presented emotional problems,which alleviated within 6 hours for those of caused by verbal attack and within 3 days for physical attack(45.3% and 56.0% respectively).Conclusions: The ED staff were at high risk of being attacked.We strongly recommend that the training and education for the ED staff to cope with violence be emphasized,and also the psychological intervention be introduced actively.
