股骨干应力骨折的生物力学分析

摘    要:目的;探讨股骨干应力骨折的生物力学机制,为有效预防,治疗该创伤的发生提供理论依据。方法:对23例股骨干应力骨折的发生时间,发生部位进行分析;从生物力学角度对股骨干发生应力骨折的机理进行讨论。结果:股骨干应力骨折发生与朋腿肌肉疲劳,股骨干下端应力集中有关,结论:合理地制定训练计划,安排训练内容是预防股骨干应力骨折发生的关键。

Abstract:Objective:To question the biomechanics of stress fracture of the femoral shaft,provide theoretics warranty for preventting and treating the trauma efficaciously.Methods:To analysis the time and position of stress fracture of the femoral shaft(23 case);discuss the biomechanical mechanism of stress fracture of the femoral shaft.Results:Stress fracture of the femoral shaft is concerned with muscle fatigue of femur and focus of stress.Conclusion:To establish training plan and arrange training content in reason,it is the key to preventing stress facture of femoral shaft.
