理性情绪疗法在癫痫患儿照护者慢性悲伤心理护理中的应用

目的：探讨理性情绪疗法对癫痫患儿照护者慢性悲伤心理的作用效果。方法将90名癫痫患儿照护者按随机数字表法分为对照组和干预组各45名，对照组实施常规治疗和护理，干预组根据评估结果及理性情绪行为疗法理论，制定“认知训练行为调节情绪表达”团体干预方法，分别于干预前及干预4周后采用改编伯克问卷（ ABQ）和家长用应对方式量表（ CHIP）评估两组患儿照护者的情绪状态和应对方式。结果经理性情绪干预治疗后，干预组ABQ问卷总分及担心、愤怒、焦虑、痛苦、绝望、害怕、自责各因子均明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ t 分别为3．193，3．081，2．972，3．279，5．023，3．834，3．494，3．199；P＜0．05）；干预组应对方式总分及3个分量表评分明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（t分别为2．889，3．107，4．275，3．031；P＜0．05）。结论理性情绪疗法可以有效改善癫痫患儿照护者的慢性悲伤心理，是一种积极心理干预方法，可以广泛应用于临床。

Application of rational emotive therapy on chronic sorrow in psychological nursing in families of epileptic children

Objective To explore the effect of rational emotive therapy on chronic sorrow in psychological nursing in families of epileptic children .Methods A total of 90 epileptic-children patients were randomly divided into intervention group （n=45） and control group （n=45）.The control group received the routine therapy and nursing care , while those in the intervention group were received rational emotive therapy , formulated “cognitive training-behavior regulation-emotional expression”.Adapted Burke Questionnaire （ ABQ） and the Coping Health Inventory for Parents （ CHIP ） were used to assess two groups before and after 4 weeks intervention.Results Through the rational emotive therapy ,the scores of the ABQ and fear, anger, anxiety, pain, despair, fear, guilt in the study group were lower than before （t=3.193,3.081,2.972,3.279,5.023, 3.834,3.494,3.199,respectively;P〈0.05）.The scores of CHIP and 3 subscales were better than before （t=2.889,3.107,4.275,3.031,respectively;P 〈0.05）.Conclusions Rational emotive therapy can help the patients with chronic sorrow , which could be widely used in clinical application .
