先天性巨结肠患儿父母焦虑情绪及其影响因素分析

目的：了解先天性巨结肠（ HD）患儿父母焦虑状况及其影响因素，为制定减轻焦虑情绪的对策提供科学依据。方法采用焦虑自评量表（ SAS）、社会支持量表（ SSRS）和家庭状况问卷对65例HD患儿的家长进行调查，并对调查结果进行统计分析。结果 HD患儿父母的焦虑评分为（52．80±13．68）分，高于国内常模标准分（37．23±12．59）分，差异有统计学意义（t＝8．70，P＜0．01）。多因素分析结果显示患儿病情、家庭收入、父母的文化程度和客观支持因子是影响HD患儿父母焦虑情绪的主要因素。结论 HD患儿父母焦虑情绪明显升高，且影响因素较为复杂，因此，在对患儿进行治疗时，还应注意对家长的心理疏导，增进家长心理健康，促进患儿的康复与健康成长。

Parents'anxiety and influencing factors in children with hirschsprung disease

Objective To investigate the state of parental anxiety of children with hirschsprung disease and its influencing factors , so as to provide the scientific basis for relieving anxiety .Methods Using the Self-rating Anxiety Scale （ SAS ） , the Social Support Rating Scale （ SSRS ） and the Family Status Questionnaire surveyed 65 parents of children with hirschsprung disease .Results The score of SAS of the parents of children with hirschsprung disease were （52.80 ±13.68）, which were significantly higher than the norm of （37.23 ± 12.59）,the difference was statistically significant （t=8.70,P〈0.01）.The multifactor analysis showed that the influencing factors were the state of children＇s illness, family income, the parents＇education level and objective support factor .Conclusions The parents＇anxiety of children with hirschsprung disease is escalated significantly and is influenced by multiple factors .In the course of the treatment for children , we should pay attention to dredge parents＇psychology , enhance the parents＇mental health , so as to promote the children＇rehabilitation .
